Dalco Services Ltd has been providing construction, maintenance services of the last 20 years to a wide range of sectors including educational, commercial and residential.

Over the last few years the maintenance and renewal works have expanded due to this we placed more focus to this section. We now have a subsidiary company in Dalco 365 where we concentrate on building maintenance, renewable works to provide bespoke package for each client.

We cover all areas from roof works, electrical, heating, drainage etc. To allow us to form a correct package to each client and survey would be required to ascertain the requirements needed. After the initial survey a proposal would be put forward for the client to review and comment on.

Reactive Maintenance

Planned maintenance refers to any maintenance activity that is planned, documented, and scheduled. The aim of planned maintenance is to reduce downtime by having all necessary resources on hand, such as labour and parts, and a strategy to use these resources.

The process starts by identifying a maintenance challenge you want to address, such as reducing downtime or increasing the lifespan of your assets and equipment.

You can then anticipate, schedule, and document the various tasks to help you reach your goal.

Compliance Maintenance

Compliance maintenance refers to the act of ensuring your facility is adhering to all relevant statutory and regulatory laws and legislation.

Fire safety services include fire risk assessments, staff training, and fire safety equipment.

Electrical safety services include ensuring that premises conform to the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and that all electrical systems and equipment are safe to use. Water safety services include microbiological sampling and tank refurbishment or replacement if needed. Asbestos testing is necessary to ensure that any asbestos in the building is safe.

Air conditioning inspections must be done at intervals of no more than 5 years, and the regularity of these inspections depends on the weight and number of units.
